Ergon expands its ZESAM workforce management solution across the Migros Group

Ergon’s workforce management solution ZESAM will be rolled out in an enhanced version across additional areas of the Migros Group. The expansion highlights the solution’s innovative strength and flexibility while supporting the harmonisation of workforce management processes.
ZESAM, Ergon’s workforce management solution, has been used successfully in Migros supermarkets since 2009. As part of a new project, the solution will be rolled out gradually to further companies within the Group by the end of 2027. The new version of ZESAM includes functional, technical and visual enhancements and meets the complex requirements of large organisations.
The decision to select ZESAM followed a comprehensive evaluation of several providers.

By expanding the collaboration, Ergon is strengthening its position in the workforce management market and demonstrating that ZESAM is ideally suited to large, heterogeneous organisations throughout the DACH region. From shift and staff planning to time recording, compliance requirements and system landscapes involving extensive integration, Ergon’s solution meets the demanding requirements of complex retail environments.

The rollout will take place in three phases. The initial pilot units will first be expanded in a targeted manner before the solution is introduced more widely. By the end of 2027, all Migros units are expected to benefit from ZESAM.
