A critical infrastructure at its limit
The existing consultation software was technically outdated and was no longer able to meet increasing requirements regarding availability, data protection and user-friendly operation. Tox Info Suisse therefore decided to replace the software. The goal was a modern solution that digitally maps the entire consultation process, is intuitive to use, meets high standards for data protection and can be flexibly adapted to new requirements without disrupting ongoing operations.
A new generation of software for greater efficiency and security
Ergon worked closely with Tox Info Suisse to develop a bespoke solution that meets all requirements. In addition to replacing the software, this involved migrating data, optimising processes and – where necessary – introducing new ones.
The application offers targeted support for every step in the consultation process – from initial contact to documentation and follow-up. Key aspects include a high level of availability and various automation options. Emails, reports and evaluations are generated straight from the software and can be configured individually. One highlight is multi-monitor support: multiple screen views allow the user to search the poison database and record patient data in parallel, without constantly switching windows. The new software is also another step towards a more flexible workplace.
