Sunrise Communications AG : A pioneer in online billing management

Sunrise covers every area of telecommunications: mobile, fixed-line, internet and digital TV. In 2005, Ergon drew on its TelcoBill product to build a comprehensive solution for online bill presentment, bill analysis and cost management for the Sunrise business division. It gives business customers a complete overview of all billing-relevant information. They can also analyse and process that data independently. TelcoBill has been running reliably in production at Sunrise ever since. Sunrise and Ergon have therefore been working together for more than 20 years.
