Proximity to customers at all levels
Our teams speak the language of our customers – both literally and figuratively. Ergon communicates in German throughout the company in order to meet the needs of its customers, who are mainly based in Switzerland, in the best possible way. The same principle applies to the location. Headquartered in Switzerland, Ergon focuses on geographical proximity as a key factor for successful collaboration. We thus pave the way for pragmatic decisions, closely-coordinated cooperation and joint, iterative project development.

We provide targeted support for talented young people – with internships and in-depth training. Ergon has been training computer science apprentices for more than 20 years. These young talents are regularly amongst the best in their year. The promotion of young talent is diverse, practice-oriented and geared towards long-term development.
