Swiss-made, with an international outlook
Ergon has its roots in Switzerland, but we think internationally. Ergon carries out all development activity in Switzerland, with a focus on quality, security and proximity. Our clients are mainly active in German-speaking countries. Airlock, on the other hand, is more international. The Airlock Secure Access Hub is a leading security solution for access protection and API management from Ergon. As part of the overall portfolio, it represents the highest security standards and digital excellence – internationally proven from Riyadh to Frankfurt.

The people of Ergon
Ergonians are tech enthusiasts, team players and entrepreneurs at heart. They embrace the Ergon values every day – through responsibility, participation and openness. Their mission is to empower smart people with smart software. The teams are made up of dedicated experts – many with degrees from ETH Zurich or other universities. The autonomous teams are responsible for their projects from start to finish and from design to operation. Employees play an active role in shaping Ergon – they define roles and processes and take part in committees such as the suggestion system, where they have the opportunity to submit their own proposals. An elected committee then reviews these proposals and makes a decision.
There is also a right of appeal: if half of the workforce supports this, the decisions made by their management can be escalated to the next level. Ergonians combine technical expertise with entrepreneurial thinking: many employees are also shareholders.

Strong leadership for lasting success
The management team at Ergon has many years of experience in IT. It consistently focuses on technological excellence, the highest quality standards and the greatest customer benefit. One important milestone was the change of generations in 2016, when Gabriela Keller took over operational management as CEO. Together with Hans-Jürg Schneider (COO), Adrian Berger (Managing Director Finance & Telecom Solutions), Heiko Faller (Managing Director Enterprise Solutions) and Roman Hugelshofer (Managing Director Application Security), she is continuing the success story of Ergon.
