Apprenticeships
Ergon has been training application development apprentices since 1999. Since then seven apprentices have successfully obtained their Fachausweis (Swiss federal certificate of higher vocational education and training) and four are still completing their apprenticeships (one in each year). We also offer two internships, one for career changers and one for students from the Wirtschaftsinformatikschule (WISS) in Switzerland. An intensive training period in the first two years is followed by hands-on involvement in projects. Details about the apprenticeship can be obtained from the Züricher Lehrmeistervereinigung für Informatik.
The apprenticeship for August 2009 has already been awarded. After the summer holidays we will be advertising an apprenticeship for August 2010, which will be awarded at the beginning of November. You're welcome to send us your application, preferably between August and mid-October. Your application must be accompanied by a Multicheck technical assessment (aptitude analysis). We recommend that you complete the assessment during the summer holidays or at the start of Year 9.
Applications
The apprenticeship for August 2010 was awarded at the end of October. There are currently no training positions available.
