Apprenticeships
Ergon has been training application development apprentices since 1999. Since then twelve apprentices have successfully obtained their Fachausweis (Swiss federal certificate of higher vocational education and training) and five are still completing their apprenticeships (one in each year). An intensive training period in the first two years is followed by hands-on involvement in projects. Details about the apprenticeship can be obtained from the Zürcher Lehrmeistervereinigung für Informatik.
One commercial apprentice is also completing her education.
