The Coop Supercard Internet Project was launched as a J2EE pilot project and was put into practice according to this new concept. For fast and efficient gathering of know-how in the areas of planning, methodology, project procedure, architecture, software design, realization as well as deployment, Coop found a coaching partner in Ergon Informatik AG who helped them improve their overall process and minimize project risk. When numerous additional requests during the realization of the project led to a shortage of manpower in Coop's development team, Ergon was able to help out with a software engineer on location.
Sunrise let a third party company develop a Webmail system for its mobile portal. Technical problems prevented timely deployment of the application. Ergon was therefore assigned by Sunrise to provide advice to the project team concerned until the Webmail service could be launched. In the meantime, Ergon has become completely responsible for further development and maintenance of the Webmail system. Among other things, Ergon extended the Webmail application with functions to send and receive multimedia messages (MMS).
The VP bank in Vaduz developed a CRM System of their own with little effort. Customer consultants in the private banking department were able to work productively with the CRM system six months after the project had begun. For this project, Ergon provides its rich experience in project-based application development to a team of five developers at VP bank and supports that team in implementing core components.
